Mimaki's provides scalable designs with high production with the TS330 Series large-format sublimation printers. The TS330-1600 fabric and textile printer uses Sb411 and Sb410 dye sublimation inks. It is a high grade industrial sublimation printing solution with an expanded fluorescent color range (including fluorescent pink and yellow). Additionally, it allows for unmatched productivity regardless of printing volume, with an impressive printing speed of 1,453 sq ft. per hour.
This sublimation transfer inkjet printer provides superior image quality and employs Mimaki Weaving Dot Technology (MWDT). MWDT adapts to various printing conditions by changing ink drop placement order, allowing more consistent quality and leading to reduced downtime. To help reduce operating costs, opt for an optional 10kg bulk ink system or Mini Jumbo Roll.
This advanced dye sublimation printing system supports production sizes up to 64 inches and has 4, 6, 7, and 8 color configurations. RasterLink7 software (included) TxLink4 textile RIP (available) allow for unmatched productivity. Other advanced features include dual motor take up for increased stability to prevent media walking.

- 10kg Ink Tank Supply: Enables long period continuous output, such as in all night operations by mounting replacement ink-tanks on the optional 10kg ink-tank supply unit.The tank achieves significant reductions in running cost and operation time over the standard 2 liter pack
- Mini Jumbo Roll: The use of long mini jumbo roll transfer paper can further reduce running costs. This reduces the downtime for media replacement as well as the burden on operators
Important: Mimaki printers are designed to use a single ink type at a time (e.g., eco-solvent, dye-sublimation, UV). Once an ink type has been installed, switching to another requires complete system flushing and cleaning. Always consult your user manual and follow Mimaki’s official procedures. Improper ink changes may damage the printer and void your warranty.

Please Note: As with other types of printers regular cleaning maintenance is essential. Failing to perform regular maintenance can result in costly printer repairs. Performing cleanings at the end of each day is essential, especially for the capping station as it prevents a thin film of ink from forming which can inhibit proper capping. Using the recommended cleaning solution and cleaning swabs to perform these tasks will help maintain a healthy printer. Regular maintenance should be performed on a daily basis to ensure printer output doesn’t diminish.
