Equipment Financing & Leasing for Sign Shops
Finance or lease your next machine
Most of the equipment we sell pays for itself out of the work it produces. Financing exists so the machine can start earning before it is fully paid for. We work with five funding partners, and the right one depends on how much you are spending, how established your business is, and how fast you need an answer.

How to pick
You are buying supplies, or equipment under $1,000
Affirm at checkout is the simplest path. A worked example from Affirm: an $800 purchase split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR. Your actual rate depends on your application.
You want a revolving line rather than a one-time loan
Credit Key gives you a business line up to $50,000 that you draw against order by order. The first 30 days are always interest-free, so if you are bridging a gap between buying material and getting paid by your customer, this is usually the cheapest option available. Equipment over $1,000 in value qualifies. Applying does not affect your personal credit.
You are buying a printer, cutter, laminator or press over $7,500
Geneva Capital is built for this. It expects an established business and a FICO score of 600 or higher, and in exchange it handles larger tickets than the point-of-sale options.
You are newer, or your credit has some history to it
PLS Leasing considers established, new and credit-challenged businesses, offers same-day financing, and can structure no payments for the first 90 days. Click Lease welcomes all credit scores with no hard credit pull and gives instant approvals up to $20,000.
You need Net 30 terms rather than financing
That is a separate product. See our Net 30 credit application.
Lease or finance?
A lease is a rental with an option at the end. A finance agreement is a loan against the equipment. Which one is better for you depends on how long you plan to keep the machine and how your accountant treats the payments, and that is a question for your accountant rather than for us. Both routes get the machine on your floor; the difference shows up on your books, not in your production.
One thing worth raising with your accountant before year end: equipment purchases may be eligible for accelerated depreciation treatment under Section 179 of the Internal Revenue Code. We are not tax advisors and cannot tell you whether your purchase qualifies or what it would save you. Ask your CPA, and ask before you buy rather than after.
What to have ready
- Legal business name and structure as it appears on your filings
- Federal EIN, or SSN for a sole proprietorship
- Time in business and approximate annual revenue
- The equipment you want, with quantities. A quote from us makes this faster
- Bank account information for payments
Each partner runs its own application, sets its own terms, and makes its own credit decision. SignWarehouse does not approve, decline or price financing, and we do not see your credit file. Rates, terms and limits shown above are the partners' published figures and are subject to change by them at any time. Confirm current terms directly with the partner before you commit.
Questions we get asked
Can I finance supplies as well as equipment?
Yes. Affirm and Credit Key both cover consumables. Geneva Capital, PLS Leasing and Click Lease are equipment programs.
Will applying hurt my credit?
Credit Key states that applying does not affect your personal credit. Click Lease states there is no hard credit pull. The other partners run their own checks; ask them before you apply if this matters to you.
How fast can I get approved?
Click Lease advertises instant approvals and PLS Leasing advertises same-day financing. Affirm and Credit Key decide at application. Geneva Capital timing depends on the application.
Can I combine financing with a rebate or promotion?
Usually yes. Check current offers on our rebates page and confirm with us before you submit the financing application, because some manufacturer promotions have their own conditions.
I want to talk to a person first.
Call 903-462-7700 or open a ticket. Tell us the machine and your rough budget and we will tell you which partner to start with.
