SW PRO members in the continental US receive expedited delivery on all orders, regardless of location.
How do I get the exclusive deals?

What’s the tape bonus? How does that work?
SW PRO members receive a $100 credit good toward the purchase of application tape after the first thirty days of your membership. Your $100 credit will be applied to your account after the 30-day period has passed.
Do I have to buy a certain brand of tape to get the credit?
No. You can choose from any of our wide selection of application tapes that our customers love and use every day.
Can I use my SW PRO member benefits on phone orders?
SW PRO is an online membership only. All SW PRO member rewards are earned and redeemed online.
Can I transfer my SignWarehouse PRO membership to another account?
No. SignWarehouse PRO memberships cannot be transferred to a different account after the subscription has been purchased or activated. However, you can purchase a new PRO subscription on the account you would like to use.

Can I receive Free Freight on Major Equipment Purchases?
At this time PRO members are not eligible for free freight on large equipment purchases.

Our PRO membership and our Pallet Points program are separate from one another. When you subscribe to PRO, you are automatically opted out of the Pallet Points program. Yes. From time to time we make changes to the benefits offered within SignWarehouse PRO, adding more value to the subscription. We review the offerings and do our best to improve them for our all of our PRO members.
How does SignWarehouse Shipping Protection Plus Work?
Once your order leaves the SignWarehouse facility, shipping issues such as loss, damage, or certain delivery problems can occur while the package is in transit. Resolving these issues directly with the carrier can involve calls, emails, and waiting for a resolution.
With Ship Protection Plus, SignWarehouse handles the resolution process for eligible orders. If an eligible item is lost or damaged before confirmed delivery, SignWarehouse will, at its option, replace the item or refund the item’s purchase price, subject to the Delivery Guarantee Terms.
This means you can contact SignWarehouse rather than spending time working through the carrier yourself. We’ll work with the carrier as needed to help resolve eligible shipping issues as quickly as possible.
What does Ship Protection Plus cover?
Ship Protection Plus applies to eligible items that are lost or damaged before confirmed delivery. If an eligible item qualifies under the Delivery Guarantee Terms, SignWarehouse will, at its option, replace the item or refund the item’s purchase price.
Terms, exclusions, claim deadlines, and documentation requirements apply.
Does Ship Protection Plus cover theft?
Ship Protection Plus does not provide protection for theft occurring after confirmed delivery. Eligibility is based on the circumstances and delivery status of the shipment and is subject to the Delivery Guarantee Terms.
Do I have to contact the carrier if there is a problem?
No. If you purchased Ship Protection Plus and experience an eligible shipping issue, contact SignWarehouse. We’ll handle the resolution process and work with the carrier when necessary.
Is Ship Protection Plus insurance?
No. Ship Protection Plus is a SignWarehouse Delivery Guarantee, not an insurance policy. Replacement or refund is subject to the Delivery Guarantee Terms.
