Sublimation Blanks

Sublimation blanks are substrates made to take dye: white or pastel polyester fabric, and hard goods with a polymer coating that accepts the dye under heat. The dye bonds into the coating, so the image does not sit on the surface and does not peel.

For metal, Duraluxe aluminum sublimation panels (16 x 24 in, textured) embed the image in a polymer powder coating that protects it from UV and are warranted for up to five years outdoors. For drinkware, HTX 14 oz stainless steel travel mugs in gloss white or satin silver (singly or by the case of 48) and HTX 16.9 oz aluminum sports water bottles in gloss white or metallic silver are polymer-coated for sublimation. HTX white mouse pads (7.75 x 9.25 in, packs of 10 to 100) and white polyester face masks take sublimation too. For apparel, the Jerzees Dri-Power 100 percent polyester tee is the sublimation shirt; the Bella + Canvas 3001 and 6035 cotton tees and Hanes Beefy-T 5180 are listed for heat transfer vinyl.

Finish the job with Sawgrass True Pix Classic sheets or QC Pro 24 and 36 in rolls of sublimation transfer paper, sublimation tape to hold the transfer in place under the press, and UNINET IColor Subli-Clean roll for hard surfaces.
