- D&B / DUNS number, if you have one
- Accounts payable contact details
- Your bank's name and a contact there
- Three trade references, each with a contact name, phone, and email
What happens next
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you submit.
- Our finance team reviews your application and contacts your references.
- If your business has been operating for less than two years, we'll email you a personal guarantee to sign electronically.
- We email you the decision. If approved, your account is set up with your credit limit and terms apply to your next order.
Approval takes 5 to 7 business days
Until terms are approved, orders ship on prepayment, credit card, ACH, or wire.
We will never ask for a Social Security number, driver's license number, or bank account number on this page. If a personal guarantee is required, we send it separately through a secure e-signature service.
