How long does it take to receive a response after submitting a ticket?
During business hours, you can expect to receive a response within 60 minutes.
Can I submit multiple service requests for different devices?
Yes! If all of your devices are within the covered brands list, you can submit a ticket for multiple.
Charges may vary depending on services provided.
Do you offer remote support or on-site service?
Yes. Remote support is available to the entire United States, based on technician availability.
On-site services are only available to the contiguous United States, based on technician availability.
Is training available for new equipment installations?
Basic setup is typically included with the purchase of your device. However, additional application services are available after the fact.
What if I don’t have my sales order number?
Charges for services may depend on qualifying equipment purchase.
If you submit your request without a sales order or serial number, please allow extra time to determine eligibility.
Can service requests be submitted for second-hand equipment?
Yes. You can submit a service request on any qualifying equipment brand.
