This high-precision system minimizes media waste and reduces processing time through dedicated design and cutting software, streamlining your workflow. Equipped with Graphtec’s renowned ARMS (Advanced Registration Mark Sensing) technology, the FCX2000 utilizes four-point registration marks to compensate for X- and Y-axis distortion, guaranteeing highly accurate, repeatable results. Its powerful dual-head system delivers 500g and 1000g of force at speeds up to 400 mm/s, enabling processing of a wide range of materials including Rubylith, Static Cling Film, Vinyl, Rubber Sandblast, Diamond Grade Reflective, Chipboard, E-flute, and more. All FCX installations require technician-assisted remote setup to ensure optimal calibration and a smooth, production-ready onboarding experience. Three table sizes—24 in × 36 in, 48 in × 36 in, and 70 in × 36 in—are available, each utilizing an enhanced vacuum hold-down system for secure media stability.

Please Note: For the FCX2000 Series, the Graphtec Vacuum Pump Kit for FCX2000-60, 120, and 180 Vinyl Cutter is required, while the Graphtec HUSH kit for flatbed vacuum pump is optional.
