Mutoh UV Printers

Mutoh UV-LED printers print direct to rigid and flexible substrates and cure the ink the instant it lands. The XpertJet 461UF desktop flatbed has a 13 x 19 inch print area and the 661UF tabletop flatbed 19 x 23.4 inches; both take media up to 5.9 inches thick, print CMYK plus white and varnish, and use Local Dimming Control to place gloss, matte and semi-gloss varnish in a single pass, including ADA braille. The XpertJet 1462UF moves its gantry over a 55.9 x 27.5 inch bed with two staggered heads and two UV lamps. The ValueJet 1638UH Mark II is a 64 inch hybrid that prints rolls and boards up to half an inch thick.

Two UV ink families: UH21 (LUH1) rigid ink for the flatbeds and US11 flexible ink for roll media on the 461UF, 661UF and 1638UH, both CMYK plus white and varnish, GREENGUARD Gold certified with no VOCs or HAPs. The X-Brace kit stiffens the 661UF stand. VerteLith RIP with FlexiDESIGNER MUTOH Edition is included with the printers.
