Mutoh eco-solvent printers cover the roll-to-roll work of a sign shop: decals, banners, wall and floor graphics, fleet and vehicle wraps and industrial labels. The XpertJet SR line runs from the 24 inch C641SR Pro printer/cutter and the 54 inch 1341SR Pro to the 64 inch 1641SR Pro, 1641SR Pro II and the dual-head 1682SR and 1682SR Pro; the ValueJet 2638X prints 104 inches wide at up to 1,168 square feet per hour. All of them use Mutoh's patented Intelligent Interweave wave printing to hold off banding, and the Pro models add the AccuFine print head, DropMaster2 and FeedMaster automatic alignments, Nozzle Area Select and Media Tracker.
Ink follows the model. The XpertJet 1641SR and 1682SR printers run MS41 in 1 liter bags, GREENGUARD Gold certified, in CMYK or up to 8 colors including orange. The C641SR Pro, 1341SR Pro and ValueJet 2638X run MS31 in 220 ml, 440 ml or 1000 ml cartridges. VerteLith RIP software with FlexiDESIGNER MUTOH Edition 21 ships with the printers, and the packages add a Vinyl Express Q64 Gen 3 cutter or a 65 inch EnduraLAM 3 laminator, starter ink and on-site training.
