Applications

Keep print quality high by replacing the absorbent pads (also called waste tray or spit pads) on your Mutoh ValueJet 1204 or PrismJET VJ48 large format printer. Since inkjet print heads can clog up with dry ink, printers will spray ink into the head to apply moisture in excess to unclog your printer. These absorbent pads or waste tray pads absorbs the excess ink when there is not a waste ink bottle. We recommend checking these pads on a weekly basis and replacing as needed to consistently print amazing graphics. They should also be changed when control panel indicates "Empty Waste Tray."
