It is designed to cut delicate fluorescent sheeting and features a .5mm offset. When you see a decay in cutting quality it may be time for a replacement blade. Replacing your blade regularly enables cleaner cuts, finer lines, and better product output. If you are changing the blade angle, don't forget to change the offset settings in your vinyl cutter.
