The Mutoh High Capacity Ink Pack Adapter (Set of 6) converts standard cartridge slots on compatible UV flatbed printers into a bulk ink feed system. It lets you run high-capacity flexible ink bags—such as 800 ml for CMYK and varnish, and 500 ml for white—instead of standard 220 ml cartridges. These reusable adapter shells slide directly into existing ink bays, lowering running costs and cutting downtime during long production runs.
Features:
- Converts standard printer cartridge bays to run 500 ml and 800 ml flexible ink packs.
- Includes a complete set of six (6) reusable adapter shells to cover all color channels (CMYK, White, and Varnish).
- Reduces ink costs per milliliter by switching from 220 ml rigid cartridges to bulk flexible bags.
- Minimizes machine downtime and operator intervention for longer, uninterrupted print jobs.
- Shields sensitive UV-curable inks from ambient light and maintains proper ink feed pressure.
- Reusable housing stays in the printer, so only the inner foil bags are discarded when empty.
