Overview

Applications

Hartco 425 is the most popular of Hartco's line of sandblast-resist stencil films and is used for sandblasting painted wood, raw wood, primed foam, Plexiglas, glass, polyurethane foam, cast concrete, tile, Avonite, Corian and other similar substrates. This 22.5 mil PVC film is designed for use on a wide variety of substrates making it an all around strong performing product. The PVC construction makes 425 easier to cut than sandblast resist rubber products. It also can be cut with a vinyl cutter or by hand. Part number with SP means material is perforated.

Features:

  • 22.5 mil Vinyl
  • 2.5 Mil Water Base Acrylic Adhesive
  • Air Pressure Limits: Up to 90 psi
  • Compatible Grits: Sand, Aluminium Oxide, Garnet, Silica Carbide, Glass Beads, others
  • Blade: 60°
  • Shelf Life: Up to 1 year
  • Storage: Do not allow material to be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time

Due to the extremely short shelf life of Hartco Sandmask, all orders will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. This guarantees that you receive the freshest product with the maximum factory-certified shelf life. Please note that additional time may be needed for the product to arrive at your location.
