This high-quality titanium coated 60-degree blades will not break under high cutting pressure and is designed for cutting thicker films and media such as reflective material, glitter vinyl, flock, and stencil. A 60-degree vinyl cutter blade is used for material that is over 3 mils thick. When you see a decay in cutting quality it may be time for a replacement blade. Replacing your blade regularly enables cleaner cuts, finer lines, and better product output. If you are changing the blade angle, don't forget to change the offset settings in your vinyl cutter.Â
