Mimaki UV Flatbed Printers

Mimaki UV flatbed printers print directly onto rigid material: acrylic, wood, metal, glass, PVC, leather and finished products. The UJF-3042 MkII e is a desktop machine with an 11.8 x 16.5 inch bed and 6 inch media clearance for phone cases, awards and promotional items. The UJF-6042 MkII e steps up to 23.6 x 16.5 inch with up to nine colors including white, clear and primer. The JFX200-2513EX prints one full 4 x 8 foot board, and the JFX200-1213EX offers the same bed technology in a 4 x 4 foot footprint. The JFX600-2513 and JFX600-2531 are production flatbeds with 16 heads and speeds above 2,100 square feet per hour.

Flatbeds run rigid LH-100 ink for scratch and chemical resistance, flexible LUS-120 and LUS-150, and PR-200 primer for hard-to-print substrates. Raised, textured and braille effects come from layered printing. The UJ330H-160 hybrid, which handles rolls and boards, is listed here as well.
