How to choose corrugated plastic sign blanks
Sizes. Endura corrugated plastic sign blanks come in 12 x 18, 18 x 24 and 24 x 36 inches, in white and black, and are sold in packs of 5 to 50. 18 x 24 is the standard yard and real estate sign; 24 x 36 fits real estate frames with a rider.
Stakes. EnduraSTAKES are 10 x 30 inch 9-gauge galvanized wire, rust resistant, in packs of 5 to 50; the heavy duty version has solid quarter-inch verticals for hard ground. Blank-and-stake sets take the guesswork out of ordering.
Cutting and hanging. The Saw Trax Coro-Claw scores and cuts corrugated plastic cleanly along the flutes. Pick n' Hook hangers convert 4 mm blanks into hanging signs.
Lettering. Corrugated plastic takes cut vinyl and printed vinyl. For a sign that lives outdoors all season use a permanent film such as ORACAL 651 or EnduraGLOSS.

Are corrugated plastic signs and coroplast the same thing?
Yes. Coroplast is a brand name for corrugated plastic, also sold as cor-plastic or corflute. Endura corrugated plastic sign blanks are the same fluted polypropylene sheet.
Which way do the flutes run?
The flutes run along the length of the blank so a wire stake slides in from the bottom. Stand the sign with the flutes vertical when you stake it.
Can I put vinyl on corrugated plastic?
Yes. Cut vinyl and printed vinyl both apply directly. Wipe the sheet clean and apply dry with a squeegee. For outdoor signs use a permanent film such as ORACAL 651 or EnduraGLOSS; removable films will lift in weather.
How do I cut corrugated plastic?
A utility knife works for straight cuts. The Saw Trax Coro-Claw scores with one prong and cuts with the other for a clean edge along the flutes without crushing them.
