A 45-degree vinyl cutter blade is the standard blade used for almost all basic vinyl and lettering jobs and is ideal for most calendared vinyl. Replacing your blade regularly enables cleaner cuts, finer lines, and better product output. If you are changing the blade angle, don't forget to change the offset settings in your vinyl cutter.
