We are required, by law, to collect sales tax in 43 states.
Customers with valid reseller certificates and that fill out and upload the appropriate forms, will be tax exempt when the forms are approved. It takes from 3 to 5 business days for the approval process.
Sales tax is collected in accordance with applicable state laws and is a state-mandated requirement. SignWarehouse will not issue sales tax refunds after 10 days from the date of purchase.
If you are requesting a refund after the 10-day period, please contact your state tax authority directly, as sales tax is remitted to the states on a monthly basis.
