Replacing a pinch roller on R-Series vinyl cutters is a fairly simple process. The following instructions include pictures and video. 
You'll need a screwdriver as you access the back of the cutter. 
Remove the small screw on the cutter's central track that blocks the operator from sliding the pinch roller all the way to the left.
Once the screw is removed, slide the pinch roller to the left over the area in which the track changes in size. Lift and pull the pinch roller off of the track. Put the new roller back on the track, slide it to the right, and replace the screw. Watch the video demonstration below.
