• Supplies:  We offer returns on supplies for 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to following exceptions:
  • Equipment: There are no returns on equipment.
  • WiFi:  Cutters and printers connect using WIRED connections (for instance, USB or Ethernet). Some equipment advertises WiFi connectivity, in addition to their wired connection. Your inability to connect any equipment with WiFI connectivity to your specific WiFi hotspot does not constitute a defect, nor can SignWarehouse help trouble shoot those issues, as your wireless hotspot is beyond our control. Wired connections are always the preferred way to connect.
  • Drop Ship and Special Order Items: There are no returns accepted for drop ship and special order items.
  • International orders cannot be returned for any reason.
  • Orders delivered to a freight forwarder cannot be returned for any reason.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Liquids and or hazardous materials
    • Gift Cards
    • Items deemed to be consumable, such as blades, blade holders, cutter strips, maintenance stations, printer heads, and more
    • Software, including downloadable software products, clip art, CDs, videos, and books
    • Repair parts purchased for DIY equipment repairs
    • Color equipment, laser equipment, computers, and computer systems
  • We cannot accept COD shipments.
  • Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.
  • Refund Policy:  Refunds are given in either the original payment method or store credit only.
    • Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to the following restocking fees:
      • 25% on items returned for exchange or items that qualify for a refund.
      • 35% on items returned for exchange or items that qualify for a refund if:
        • They are not in their original packaging box.
        • Their original packing boxes have been defaced or written on.
        • All accessories and packaging materials are not returned.
      • 60% on items damaged, but repairable, returned for exchange, or that qualify for a refund.
      • No credit issued for any item we receive that is damaged beyond repair.
  • Wrong Shipment: You must promptly inform us about any defects, shortages, and exceptions within five days from receipt of your order, else the order is considered complete.
    • If we have made a mistake or an item is defective, for the fastest service, please go to our contact us page, sign in, and create a ticket describing the issue. Attach pictures, if possible. Or you can call 903-462-7704 and ask for our customer service department.
    • All returns must be shipped back in original packaging and in like-new condition with all accessories. Items for return must be shipped to SignWarehouse, insured for the full value against loss or damage, using UPS, FEDEX, or other traceable carriers.
  • DOA:  At our discretion, we will gladly repair or replace the item within 15 days upon receipt of returned merchandise in undamaged, like-new condition.
  • RMA #: You must have an RMA number (return material authorization number) with a shipping label/tag issued from Sign Warehouse before sending any item back to us. RMA's are valid for ten days from issuance.
    • To obtain an RMA #, please go to our contact us page, sign in, and create a ticket describing the issue. Attach pictures, if possible.
    • Please carefully follow RMA Procedures (see below) after obtaining an RMA number and shipping label/tag.
    • RMA's are valid for ten days from issuance.
    • Items received with an expired RMA number will be refused.
    • ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT A CURRENT RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.
  • RMA Procedures -- Please Follow Carefully:

    1. Shipping Tag/Label. After obtaining your RMA number with shipping tag/label issued from Sign Warehouse, follow the directions provided on the shipping tag/label.
    2. Packing Materials. Please include all packing materials (Styrofoam, bubble wrap, foam end pieces, etc)
    3. Boxing the Return. All items must be returned in Original Manufacturer's Box. If you do not have the Original Manufacturer's Box, you can purchase a box to be shipped to you for the return of merchandise. Both the box and shipping are non-refundable. Should you attempt to return the merchandise by any other means, you will be solely responsible for any and all damages and losses.
    4. Insure Your Shipment. It is recommended that you insure the returned merchandise for its full value. SignWarehouse is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged.
    5. All Returns Must be Prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
    6. Shipping Returns. All returns must be shipped by traceable means such as UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc. USPS is NOT a reliable or acceptable method of shipment. Should you choose to use US Mail at your risk, you must insure the returned merchandise for the full value and make sure the shipment is traceable. SignWarehouse is not responsible for any item(s) that are not sent back by any method other than requested above.
