The new Graphtec CE7000 series cutting plotter builds on Graphtec's industry-leading reputation for quality, precision, and value. The new CE7000 model serves the garment decoration, sign graphics, PRINT and CUT graphics, automotive markets and many more.
Features Include:
- Datalink Barcode: Save time and reduce the chance of production errors by using barcodes to automatically process multiple jobs at the touch of a button. DataLink supports any combination of RIP software & printer in addition to included Cutting Master 4 and Graphtec Pro Studio software. The CE7000 detects barcode-linked cutting data from the operator's PC or USB flash memory, opens the correct file, sets the cutting conditions, and starts cutting automatically.
- ARMS 8.0: A new and improved Advanced Registration Mark Sensing System, or ARMS, for print and cut applications. The DataLink Barcode system is the new addition to ARMS. Barcodes may now be generated and printed as part of the design which creates a hand’s free operation. The reading of Registration marks is faster increasing productivity.
- USB & Ethernet Connectivity: The Ce7000 series can receive job files via a TCP/IP network connection or via the new USB thumb drive port. These features allow users to send data to the cutter without having to be directly connected to the design station PC.
- Contour, Die Cut Support: The dual tool carriage from the FC series is now integrated on the CE7000. With the channel in the cutting platen, this allows users to perform 'perf cut' operations where the blade cuts all the way through vinyl release liners so that an entire contour-cut decal can be lifted from a sheet of media.
- Branded Media Basket: The optional branded canvas media basket, available for the 24 and 50 inch cutters, is engineered to control the flow of cut vinyl and keep it free of dust and debris. The basket can be opened for maximum media handling or closed to conserve floor space.
- Carrier Sheet Table: The optional carrier sheet table supports cutting sheets of non self-adhesive media like card stock and magnetic paper. *
