Explaining the PrismJET VJ54 Warranty
The PrismJET VJ54 comes with a one year on-site parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties are available through our sales or Product Support departments. The PrismJET warranty covers repairs due to manufacturing defects.
As is the case with all such warranties, there are some exclusions. Problems arising from lack of recommended maintenance or use of non-approved accessories, inks, or use in unsupported environments or applications are not covered.
