LXI & Flexi Support

Click here to access our extensive video tutorial library for LXI software. LXI is offered in five levels from Apprentice to RIP Design and presents a complete range of vector design tools and support for combined raster and vector workflows. This flexibility supports production of vinyl decals, garment decoration and print & cut workflow.

Click here to access the MUSE M Series Vinyl cutter driver package for LXI . Just download and extract the zipped folder to access the driver. Follow the instructions in the video below to add only the enc file. After this file is added, you will be able to add the MUSE drivers to LXI 12 or 19 just as shown in the setup video. *

Click here to access the MUSE M Series Vinyl cutter driver package for Flexi 19 and 21. These files need to be added to the Program/Output Drivers folder on the drive on which your Flexi software is installed on your PC. This will typically be found on the C: drive under Program Files (x86)/SAi folder.

*LXI Apprentice 12 is not eligible for the MUSE driver update. LXI Apprentice customers will have to upgrade to LXI 19.
