The GO UNO is a compact, desktop laser printer originally engineered for high-end document printing. The standard sizes for garment and ad specialty decoration are letter and tabloid: 8.5” x 11” and 11” x 17”. GO UNO Fabric Imprinting Workflow
How does the GO UNO do so many things so well? The secret is in the paper. For standard use as a high-resolution document printer, just load it up with copy paper and print from your office applications. For digital garment decoration, place some self weeding papers in the multi-purpose feed tray, print them and fire up your heat press. When pressed, these special weedless papers transfer only the printed toner to the garment. The effect is a vivid color image that looks, feels, and lasts like a screen printed garment. There are different papers for different applications. Each paper yields slight differences in color density, gloss, and softness of hand. Each excels in different applications for white garments, colored garments, and rigid substrates. For very soft, matte finish transfers to white garments, use EnduraTRANS FHC laser transfer paper. For soft, matte finish transfers on white or colored garments, use Neenah Image Clip for Dark two step transfer paper. For glossier, more vivid transfers on white and colored shirts, use EnduraTRANS F2 two-step transfer paper. F2 offers more vivid color, better opacity, and a slightly heavier hand. For transfers to rigid substrates, use EnduraTRANS HS paper. EnduraTRANS HS works for all kinds of hard surfaces, from mugs to mouse pads.
