On-Site Service and Repair Options
Customers needing additional support for equipment no longer covered by warranty may want to consider purchasing on-site service or repair from a certified SignWarehouse technician. Expenses will include travel, labor, and parts. The standard labor fee is assessed at a rate of $270/hour.
On-site service and repair may be performed at a customer's location or at SignWarehouse. Repairs performed at SignWarehouse are considered Depot Warranty service. Fees for labor for non-warranty depot and on-site repairs will include the above-mentioned hourly rate for technician labor plus the cost of needed parts.
A quote for the expected parts and labor will be provided in advance. Payment must be provided in advance of repair work being scheduled. In the event that expected parts are not used or expected labor is less than anticipated, a partial refund will be generated upon completion of the work.
On-site technician visits, including setups and repairs, must be scheduled three to four weeks in advance. Please plan accordingly.
