On-Site Service and Repair Options

Customers needing additional support for equipment no-longer covered by warranty may want to consider purchasing on-site service or repair from a certified SIGNWarehouse technician. Expenses will include travel, labor and parts. The standard labor fee is assessed at a rate of $270/hour.

On-site service and repair may be performed at a customer's location or at SIGNWarehouse. Repairs performed at SIGNWarehouse are considered Depot Warranty service. Fees for labor for non-warranty depot and on-site repairs are described in the table below.

Note: All rates for on-site technical support are for one day of labor unless otherwise indicated. Any additional days required will be charged at a rate of $495 per day for as many days as are required to complete the repair or service
These rates are specifically for on-site travel and labor charges for qualifying products. â—˜ Charges for non-warranty parts and consumables are not included.
Deposits for Non-warranty Depot Repair Work: Quotes for non-warranty equipment repairs may require a pre-paid 50% deposit to cover the cost of parts and labor, with the balance due upon completion. In the event that the final bill is less than the collected deposit, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
Scheduling: Trips are scheduled based on priority and warranty status. For on-site setup assistance for new equipment, please allow three to six weeks.
