3M IJ39 Scotchcal High Tack Graphic Film with a high-tack adhesive is a calendared film ideal for short to medium term applications that require stronger adhesion. It features a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive that adheres to low-VOC paints, powder-coated paints and low surface energy plastics. This 3.5 mil film is available in a white matte finish, is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, Latex and screen printing inks and has a durability of up to five years.
