This is the supported plotting pen for the Vinyl Express R Series vinyl cutters.
Most vinyl cutters have the ability to cut vinyl with a blade or plot on paper. To use a vinyl cutter as a pen plotter, the blade must be replaced in the tool carriage with a pen.
