If a product is shipped back to our facility to be added back to our inventory, the first thing we do is inspect it, restore it to original specification (if necessary), tested and/or repackaged for resale. However, we *never* sell such items as “new.” We sell these as reworked items as “Refurbished”. Not just are our refurbished items examined and restored to original working order, they also undergo an intensive inspection process by factory certified service technicians. Through this process we can offer refurbished products with confidence, and provide them to you at a substantially discounted price.
